Delivery
We deliver our products to all GCC countries, with primary coverage in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Shipping is fulfilled by a third-party courier.
Shipping Conditions:
- Orders are processed and shipped once payment is confirmed.
- All parcels require a signature on delivery.
- If no one is available at the address at the time of delivery, the courier will contact the customer to arrange a redelivery.
- Customers must ensure that their delivery address and contact details are accurate and complete during checkout to avoid delays or failed delivery.
Delivery Timeline:
- UAE delivery: Within 1–2 working days
- GCC countries: Between 4–10 working days, depending on destination and customs clearance
Delivery Fees:
- UAE: Free delivery on all orders
- GCC countries: Delivery charges vary based on the destination, weight, and quantity of items, and will be calculated and displayed at checkout before order confirmation
Note: Deliveries outside the UAE are made on a Delivered at Place (DAP) basis. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or VAT charged by the destination country.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not been collected for dispatch by the courier.
To request a cancellation, please email us at info@ombrelamar.ae with your order details. If your order is already dispatched, the Returns Policy below will apply.
Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed via the original payment method. Please allow up to 45 days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may return the item(s) under the following conditions:
Return Conditions:
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a saleable condition.
- Items that have been opened, used, or tested cannot be returned. This includes:
- Fragrances that have been unsealed or used
- Personalised or limited-edition bottles
This does not affect your statutory rights in the case of faulty or incorrectly supplied items.
How to Return:
- Email us at info@ombrelamar.ae to initiate a return and receive return instructions.
- Returns must be sent to our UAE return address – Contact Us at info@ombrelamar.ae for return instructions.
- Once the return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days.
Please note: The cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or an error occurred on our part.
In cases of partial returns, only the value of the returned items will be refunded. If your original order included delivery charges and you return only part of the order, the original delivery fees are non-refundable.
